Shelly Olsen is the Office Administrator for our team. She is responsible for administrative client requests, new client onboarding and client relationships. Shelly has primary responsibility for any updates to your accounts, transfers, paperwork, deposits, money requests and other service-related matters. Shelly has many years of administrative and operational experience including several years working at another investment firm. She believes that having an understanding of your family goals and what matters most to you is the cornerstone of client relationships and satisfaction.
Shelly and her husband Tim have 2 children and 5 brilliant grandchildren. In her spare time, Shelly enjoys reading, weekend road trips, and cooking for her family. Community involvement is an integral part of her life; she has served as a planning commissioner, school community council member, youth advisor for her church, and recently served as an advocate/financial educator for disadvantaged families.
